In addition to our involvement with the Field Staff, we are also in ministry partnership with other missionaries.  Some are Americans sent out from churches in the U.S., some are non-American national missionaries, and we occasionally support missionary trainees as they prepare for missionary service.

American Missionaries - We support and pray for a select number of American missionaries who are not Field Staff with Cole. Though several come from the body here, all are with non-denominational mission organizations and some call another church their home.  However, it is our desire to limit our partnership with new missionaries to those who have been involved with the ministry of Cole in the past.

We currently partner with nine American missionaries, serving in various locations: Colorado (serving worldwide), Idaho, Texas/Mexico, Indonesia, Costa Rica, North Africa, Spain, Texas/Papua New Guinea, and Oregon (serving worldwide).

National Missionaries - In addition to American missionaries, Cole is also in partnership with National Missionaries.  National Missionaries supported by Cole meet the same general qualifications as our American missionaries.  National Missionaries are non-American, and often serve in a mission role in their own home culture.  In most cases we do not require them to have prior ministry involvement with our church.

Cole supports three national missionaries at this time.  Their regions of service include the Philippines, the Middle East, and Spain (ministering to the Muslim World).

Missionary Trainees - A third category of missionary Cole supports is that of Missionary Trainee.  This program is designed for individuals at Cole interested in pursuing missions on a long-term basis, who need to complete training such as language school or a missions candidacy program.  This short-term program does require prior ministry involvement at Cole.
