Laura has been job-sharing the women’s pastor position with Nancy Binford-Boehme since joining the Cole staff in July of 2005.

Laura was born and raised in suburban Milwaukee, Wisconsin. She served on the support staff of Elmbrook church for 10 years prior to moving to Idaho. In 1997, Laura married Steve, an Idaho native.

Shortly after Laura and Steve began attending Cole Community Church, Laura became involved in the Women’s Ministries. She served on the Women’s Council and Conference Ministry for several years under the leadership of Jan Nielson.

Currently Laura spends most of her time serving the Women's Special Events Ministry, Women's Retreat, Helping Hands and the Women in Recovery. She loves to see women step out in faith as they follow Jesus, and to then discover the joy of finding Him faithful in all He calls them to!

She's been married to Steve for 11 years and has an adult daughter living in Seattle, Washington.
